Flight volunteer handover kit
Bilingual airport cards for Korea→US/Canada (EN+KO) and Mexico→US/Canada (EN+ES). Emphasizes CFIA commercial vs personal rules and CDC Dog Import Form.
Critical compliance warnings
- Canada (CFIA): A dog traveling without the owner, or changing ownership (rescue/adoption), is often treated as a commercial import — not a personal accompanied pet. Commercial dogs from canine-rabies risk countries can be refused. Confirm on official CFIA guidance before the flight.
- USA (CDC): Almost every dog needs a CDC Dog Import Form receipt. High-risk vs low-risk pathways differ.
- Mexico (SENASICA): OISA inspection; screwworm attestation rules may apply on US-linked corridors.
