Terms of Service
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Language: English
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of petpolicycheck.com and related digital products operated as PetPolicyCheck / Paw Passport.
1. Operator & Agreement to Terms
PetPolicyCheck / Paw Passport is operated by LEVRAT Marc Jea Won, a sole proprietor (individual / sole trader) with registered address at 266-17 Pyeonghwa-ro, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do 10849, Republic of Korea. Contact: contact@petpolicycheck.com.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide:
- Free public information — pet-travel regulatory guides, airline and country summaries, community field notes, and related educational tools.
- B2B Pet Desk — self-serve digital SaaS subscriptions for travel advisors, pet relocators, and corporate mobility teams. Published list prices (USD):
- Starter · Advisor: $49/mo · $468/yr
- Pro · Pet Desk Agency: $149/mo · $1,428/yr
- Enterprise · Corporate HR & Global Mobility: $399/mo · $3,828/yr
Paid plans provide software tools, co-branded digital Pet Travel Passports, structured airline/country datasets, and automated route alerts. The platform is 100% digital and self-serve. We do not provide bespoke human consulting, legal representation, veterinary diagnosis, or government filings on your behalf. Enterprise may include a “Quarterly policy & platform update briefing” delivered as a product update, not personalized legal advice.
See current pricing at B2B Pet Desk Pricing.
3. Order Process, Billing & Merchant of Record (Paddle.com)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid B2B Pet Desk subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com Inc. (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. Paddle:
- processes payments (card, PayPal, and other methods Paddle enables);
- calculates and remits applicable sales tax / VAT / GST where required;
- issues invoices and receipts;
- handles buyer support and returns for those orders.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan. Where Paddle offers direct business invoicing for eligible buyers, those terms appear at checkout.
Buyer support for paid orders: paddle.net or contact@petpolicycheck.com.
4. Account Seats & Acceptable Use
- Seat limits apply per plan (Starter: 1 seat; Pro: 5 seats; Enterprise: 25 seats, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page).
- White-label / co-branding (Pro and Enterprise) may display your agency logo alongside Paw Passport verification marks. You may not remove or obscure PetPolicyCheck attribution required for verification integrity, and you may not imply that PetPolicyCheck endorses a specific animal shipment or veterinary outcome.
- You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw datasets outside the licensed seats, reverse-engineer the service, or use the platform to send spam or unlawful content.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security/abuse risk.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Our full refund rules — including a clear 14-day refund guarantee on initial purchases — are stated in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law.
6. Regulatory & Veterinary Disclaimer
Airline, border, CDC, USDA APHIS, CFIA, DEFRA, EU, and other authorities change rules without notice and hold sole authority at check-in and at the border. PetPolicyCheck provides verified informational tools and software. It is not veterinary advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of admission, boarding, or quarantine outcomes. Always confirm with the airline and the destination’s official authority before you book or travel.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content, datasets, trademarks (including PetPolicyCheck and Paw Passport), and software are owned by LEVRAT Marc Jea Won or licensors. Free public pages may be linked with attribution. Paid plan outputs (e.g. co-branded passports) are licensed for your internal client use under your subscription, not for wholesale redistribution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEVRAT Marc Jea Won and PetPolicyCheck are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for denied boarding, refused entry, quarantine costs, veterinary fees, or travel disruption arising from reliance on informational content. Our aggregate liability for paid services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for those services in that period (or, for orders where Paddle is Merchant of Record, as handled under Paddle’s buyer protections).
9. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes relating to Paddle checkout, billing, tax invoices, or refunds for MoR orders are handled first through Paddle’s buyer support.
Questions about these Terms (non-billing): contact@petpolicycheck.com.
