Post a 30-second clip, flag where the real check differed from the official rule, or become a Founding City Scout. Takes about 60 seconds, no account. A human checks everything against the official rule before it goes live, credited to you.
Clips (#4), rule checks (#9) and City Scout packs (#11) share one queue. Everything enters at L0 (internal only); nothing goes public until a moderator ticks all 4 checks and clicks Approve & Publish (L2 Field-verified). Data lives in this browser (localStorage); export the approved JSON for the static site.
Short vertical clips from people who just did it: the counter, the border, the ferry lane, the groomer. Every clip is human-checked against the official rule and dated as a field note.
Locals and expats who verify 4 things that make or break a pet trip in their city.
One brand per episode, shown as “Pet Tip presented by …” under the real field tip — never inside the policy facts.
